As the name implies I want Phylactry Lich to be the backbone of this deck. You may have also noticed that the deck is marked as prototype. Frankly that is because I have no idea how it will work inside of a tournament format, or what cards to incude to make it truey shine. I am not the ingenious death dealing type.
