With Teferi's Tutelage your mill relies very much on card draw. Counter spells will naturally include cards like Keep Safe. Facet Reader is a great early game creature that fits into the theme. I love Ruin Crab, but there is really little support for it currently (It would be great with something like Fraying Sanity).

Maddening Cacophony is another card that adds value, and which could provide a 1-turn-kill with Fraying Sanity or a card that duplicates the effect of Cacophany (let us wait and see what comes up in future sets). It is a pity that Song of Creation is a 3-color card as it could potentially combine well with Teferi's Tutelage (might try the combo in a different deck).
