Almost similar to Mono-Blue Deck but I had to modify that into better deck due to the few cards from Theros and Born from the God but still wait on the new cards from Journey into Nyx. This deck will continuously improve over the time because M14 and Return to Ravnica block will be rotate out this October of 2014.

All you need to do is: use Clone or Fated Infatuation on Master of Waves to make insane numerous of Elementals with bonus +1/+1 from each of Master of Waves on play, or Nightveil Specter to steal few cards from opponent's library per combat turn or Tidebinder Mage to lock the annoying green or black creatures that an opponent control.

I never had any problem against opponents except for those ones who use Green Deck with Mistcutter Hydras that would easily destroy this deck.
