Works like mono blue devotion but has Master Biomancer to keep elemental tokens around after Master of Waves dies. Also, Simic Charm can be used to bounce Master of Waves for value, save a creature. clear a path, or give the reach needed to close out games.

If Master Biomancer comes down before Master of Waves, the elemental token enter as 4/3s that don't die along with Master of Waves. Biomancer also helps with late game draws like Cloudfin Raptor, Tidebinder Mage, and Judge's Familiar.
