Basically, you use your magical awesome powers to go T1 Nivmagus, T2 Hidden Strings untap two lands Hidden Strings untap two lands Hidden Strings untap two lands Hidden Strings untap two lands Hands of Binding tap an opponent's dude, swing for one, generate five ciphers, use as many as nescessary and feed the rest to your Nivmagus to absolutely beat face with a 9/10 that is a onedrop. It leads to all of the crying. Trust me.
INDIVIDUAL CARD BREAKDOWN
Goblin Electromancer
provides positive amounts of mana when using Hidden Strings, he makes your spells easier to cast, and acts as a decent blocker in the early game.
Nivmagus Elemental does some serious work here. He beats the shit out of your opponents. No joke. Just ditch all the unnescessary cipher triggers, all the unnescessary draw spells, they all go to this guy.

Hidden StringsHoly shit. This guy does SERIOUS WORK.He's like Burning-Tree Emissary but in U/R. He can be used to free up mana to play more threats, he can be used to tapdown your opponents (although not super useful unless they have some sort of tap ability. Basically, it's a free spell. It doesn't replace itself which is a shame, but hey, you win some you lose some.
Hands of BindingEverything Hidden Strings doesn't do this guy does. He taps down problem creatures, can be played turn two in order to throw a blocker out of the way, can be cast off of Hidden Strings... Sigh.... So beautiful.
