I am trying to build a deck based around the three empire artifacts. When thinking about this idea, the obvious thought came to mind, that if those cards were solely the win conditions of the deck, a surgical extraction would end it all. So I decided to go the U/W control route with some etched champions and frost titans in there for good measure. I would love some feedback on how to make this deck, or the manabase work better.
