The first thing to know is this - Rubblebelt Maaka and Skinbrand Goblin are not to be put onto the field as creatures unless absolutely necessary.

Here is how the deck works - get out some double-strike damage dealers (Fencing Ace, Iroas's Champion, and Hearthfire Hobgoblin) then use Safe Passage and Riot Control to keep yourself and your creatures alive. Then use Ordeal of Heliod and Brave the Sands to intimidate and boost your creatures.

Lastly come in with Holy Mantle (which basically makes your creature unblockable) or Rouge's Passage to send a creature directly at your opponents life points. BLOODRUSH a Rubblebelt Maaka or a Skinbrand Goblin and deal enough damage to force your opponents into submission.
