A fun budget vampire tribal deck utilising strong tribal synergies to suck the blood out of the opponent. This build is less aggressive than others I have built.I'm not sure how to build a 3-colour manabase on a budget so I would appreciate help with that. Most of all this deck is looking to have fun on a budget (under £25)
