This a rakdos burn brew that one of my friends made. I tweaked it a bit to make it a bit more competitive. The deck is revolved around Guttersnipe, a 3cmc 2/2 body, that deals 2 damage anytime an instant or sorcery. Along with the usual red burn spells that are available in standard, (shock, lightning strike, and wizards lightning) there are a couple of their cards that help deal the opponent damage in black. Swordpoint Diplomacy and sovereigns bite. Swordpoint diplomacy is pretty cool because it forces the opponent to either take damage or give you more gas. Sovereigns bites are good in that they give you a way to deal 3 damage and gain three life. In a vacuum, Sovereign's bite isn't that great since it doesn't change the board state but as a burn deck, every bit of life gain counts. I put in 2 copies of Cut/ribbons and Banefire as finishers. I took out guttersnipe for Ghitu journeymage since it's a wizard and it has immediate effect when it enters the battle field. I'll move guttersnipe to the side board. Guttersnipe just doesn't survive long enough for it to go off.
