Can you play "Pirates!" in Pauper? Pretty much. There's a bit of a lack of pirates to choose from but with changelings it can be done.

Dire Fleet Hoarder is good value. It can trade with most of the format's early drops and let you ramp (slightly). I like it.

March of the Drowned. Busted card. It feels great to take out an opposing x/2 with the hoarder, use Nameless Inversion to kill an x/3 and then use March of the Drowned to fetch them both back.

Mothdust Changeling takes the place of Cloud Pirates which aren't available online. I'd want to use Cloud Pirates in paper I think.

Nameless Inversion is an excellent kill spell for the deck since March can bring it back from the graveyard. 1x Ramirez DePietro is in the deck for flavor. He's obviously not great at 6 mana for a 4/3 first strike.

Siren Lookout is amaxing - either a flying 1/2 that helps you hit your land drops or a flying 2/3 that sort of scrys. The flying is very relevant.
