Thanks for your comments!
Yeah, I'm having a lot of trouble saying no to the Drain Rhino - it's such a great card, but so very mana intensive. And yeah, if he's there, the Whip is an automatic as well.
Grim Guardian was a bit of a throw in when I realised how many enchantments I was actually running (15!).
I'm not really sure what Citadel Siege gives me over Palace Siege though. The Palace is an alt wincon for me - if games get grindy, I've got the butts and time to let Dragons mode do its work.

Oh, and the Thopters are currently an easy placeholder fix against flyers. 2/2s in the air for zero can be functional.

Citadel Siege is cheaper, also can help in grindy games in it's dragons mode, it also helps make butts bigger. It's an underrated card, but it's all up to one's tastes.

I think it just needs more removal. But besides that very cool deck have you considered Kin-Tree Invocation?

Well, right now it has Valorous Stance to remove the big guys, and Drown in Sorrow to sweep the little guys - what else would you recommend adding?

I just feel like because you cant kill anything with 3 toughness (Mantis Rider) or Stormbreath Dragon, Jeskai is going to be a real pain for you. since you already playing double black for Drown in Sorrow, you could go Bile Blight or Hero's Downfall

Three toughness is absolutely the weak spot. I've been thinking of boarding Spidersilk Net instead of Shape the Sands for more effective protection against Mantis Riders or Stormbreath Dragons.
Hero's downfall is absolutely an idea as well. Thanks.

Alright folks, I don't think I'm running enough white mana to realistically make use of Lightform, even in the sideboard. Any suggestions for a 3x in the board? I'm leaning towards Bile Blight but I'm open to suggestions.

Think I'm going to go with Herald of Torment aggressive three drop.

Can I try and sway you to the realm of the Sultai Ass Form? Here are some quick Abzan vs Sultai:
Abzan:Siege Rhino
Ram
Abzan Charm
White Removal
Sultai:Triton Tactics
Dragon Eye savants
Silumgar, Drifting Death
Side Board counters
Card draw/selection
I think with blue, you can have a higher tempo deck. Sidsis faithful or disowned ancestor turn 1. Turn 2, you have a couple more high tempo options. Assault formation and swing for 5 or kin-tree evocation and make a 5/5. With this start, it presents and awkward situation for your opponent. Now, the star, Triton Tactics 0/+3 for up to 2 creatures and they untap. Potential 6 damage for 1 mana. So if you do either start, it is a lot to deal with from turns 2-4. You also do not pidgeon hole your self as much. This deck is more explosive and can also allow you to play a more controlly style or maintain and then win. Just some thoughts.

You uh... might want to take out a budget tag for a 160$ deck :P

I guess we'll disagree on what counts as budget. With the exception of a few land, there's nothing here over $10, and most was either traded for or drafted.

I think you should run Siege Rhino over Grim Guardian, it is the best creature in standard and play really well with Jeskai Barricade. Also I'd consider either Whip of Erebos or Citadel Siege over Palace Siege depending on which abilities you need more. What match-up do you board in the thopters?
