While this has some promise....you are missing 2 crucial things...card advantage...and interaction with your opponents' board.

Try out Mentor of the Meek , Chained to the Rocks , Madcap Skills (instead of Volcanic Strength , Launch the Fleet , Archetype of Courage and if you have the resources, Elspeth, Sun's Champion . These all are good options for what looks like a soldier/ heroic themed EDH. Hundred-Handed One isn't a soldier, a heroic enabler, or anything like that, so it's probably less than ideal. Ajani's Chosen might be interesting, if you add more enchantments. Alaborn Zealot is an interesting removal option, though a little vulnerable. You should probably remove most of your pump instants for ones that target a lot more than one creature, as you can get off more heroic triggers that way. If you are looking for a hilarious boardwipe, try Martial Coup , as boardwipes are the emergency button of any EDH deck. Dynacharge and Weapon Surge have a place here.

Hundred-Handed One is in there until i have something better because i pulled it foil beside my Anax and Cymede , i did consider ajani's chosen but the cats not being soldiers made me exclude it, i will however be looking into getting copies of Martial Coup , Mentor of the Meek , Archetype of Courage , Launch the Fleet and Madcap Skills . Elspeth, Sun's Champion is a little too expensive for my taste (i pulled my elspeth quite some time ago, and brimaz recently) and Alaborn Zealot only being available in the older frame sinks it for me as well. the suggestions are much appreciated, thank you.

as for Dynacharge and Weapon Surge i can see a use for them in here(and will be including them), however, overload's rules text "replace each instance of the word target with each" means that when overloaded they won't trigger the heroic ability, i tried finding something with replicate, alas all i could find myself would be Phalanx Formation , Desperate Stand , Ajani's Presence , Rouse the Rabble and Blinding Flare (target each of my own creatures with heroic during my own turn, the no-blocking clause will be meaningless while i get a heroic trigger on everone for 1 red apiece) also adding Haze of Rage although not targeting, i can get a few points of damage extra and buy it back every time.

also, how does Sunforger interact with cards that have strive or overload? is the cost free up to 4? or do you have to pay the ability cost while the CMC is free? for example, i unequip Sunforger from Anax and Cymede searching for Dynacharge since the overload fee is 2 colorless and 1 red, can i play that without paying its cost? the same example but searching for Blinding Flare is it free up to four targets? or free for just one? or free for any number of targets?

after a quick search i see that it doesnt work very favorably with Sunforger having to pay all additional fees, still works well enough though

Most things but not all things, its possible for me to have a board of red 1/1's next to Akroan Crusader , while being the only mono-red critter, i cant invite a dead draw ever, not with too many instants and sorceries fighting for the few available slots there already
