• 4 Frostwalk Bastion: pay 2 and it becomes a 2/3 that taps an oppo creature for a couple of turns when its blocks

Spot removals

• 4 Counterspell
• 3 Clash of Will: counter target spell unless oppo pays X
• 4 Winter's Rest: freeze a target creature forever

Board wipes

• 4 Dead of Winter: it's a very cheap boardwipe that wipes non-snow creatures off the table
• 4 Blood on the Snow: wipe either PW or creatures and returns one of your snow permanents from the graveyard

Draw instants

• 3 Brainstorm
• 3 Graven Lore: scry 5 and draw 3 for 5 mana as instant!

Draw permanents

• 4 Frost Augur: draw machine, that gives you one card every two mana spent on average.

Creatures

• 4 Frost Augur
• 2 Ascendant Spirit: it's a creature that buffs up over the course of the game which puts pressure on other control decks
• 2 Aetherling: 1. finisher, you pay 1 blue and it becomes unblockable, 2. evasive, you pay 1 blue and it exiles itself and comes back later and 3. it buffs up both defensively and offensively
