A library which I want to build. However, seeing as I don't own a lot of the cards in question, I am reluctant to purchase the required cards at the current moment.
The idea is that all cards must either generate token creatures (as a one time effect or an ongoing one) or benefit from the constant generation of them.
I'm currently looking for improvement suggestions that aren't too expensive. No cards over $5 should be a good rule of thumb, and $40 is what I'd consider a soft limit for the price total.
