Budget Control merfolk. All about the merfolk lords. And if it goes to the very late game, you have an infinite combo as a backup plan. For the combo to work you need to make sure you have a Laboratory Maniac on the board, then play Puresight Merrow and equip Paradise Mantle to mill yourself. then play Serum Visions or Whispers of the Muse and draw a card to win the game. you could also just wait until your next draw step, but you have to be sure that they can't kill the Laboratory Maniac, otherwise you will lose. The other way to do the combo is to play the Puresight Merrow and the Paradise Mantle to search your deck for the Laboratory Maniac and then play it, but you need to have enough mana to play the draw spell to draw the Laboratory Maniac and then you need to have enough mana to play it and the draw spell to finish the opponent.
