One of the earliest budget decks I've ever constructed, a fun Ninjitsu Blue tempo aggro deck. Feel free to swap out Mistblade Shinobi for Moon-Circuit Hacker, I'm just keeping this list how I've had it since the beginning more or less, there's so many fun synergies between the cards, especially Wingcrafter which is an absolute all-star in the deck. Note that Wingcrafter's Soulbond ability does not cause Phantasmal Bear or Frost Walker to become sacrificed upon Soulbonding, as Soulbond does not target!
