Originally I was going to create a rat lock deck since discard is one of my favorite archetypes but with boros affinity fresh in my mind, and after finding Refurbished Familiar, I was inspired to combine the idea of both decks.

Using Refurbished Familiar and Virus Beetle to begin the "lock" the deck includes flicker spells as well as Glint Hawk, the main value engine of boros affinity, to continually force discards on your opponent. Glint Hawk powers the rest of this deck as well, with some smaller value engines in Blood Fountain and Ichor Wellspring for card draw, Tithing Blade   as a repeatable edict effect, and Ancestral Blade to build a board presence. Because the deck is artifact focused, it can swiftly build a strong board state with affinity creatures, which can better take advantage of the lock to finish out your opponents much faster. All in all the deck sacrifices some discard capability for more card advantage and much more punishing aggressive plays.
