I feel like this deck could be more efficient in what it does. The Darksteel Citadel + Phylactery Lich can be replaced with 4x Lightning Greaves for your larger creatures saving 3 slots and improving your mana pool. An indestructible 5/5 for that dies when another card is exiled is unreliable in a dual colour deck considering for you get a 7/7 or you're getting a 9/8 flying trample. The greaves not only give your bigger boys a hexproof and haste (all you want) but it equips for and comes out for .

I think you can thin the creatures down generally, you only need the best ones; Hunted Horror, Eater of Days Treacherous Pit-Dweller, even Phyrexian Obliterator could be dropped, he's a 5/5 with unblockable/immunity from damage (because no-one is going to touch this thing without exiling it), I think a 7/7 with hexproof, haste and trample is better. Bloodstained Mire could be replaced with Underground River or Drowned Catacomb for budget and efficiency reasons. Sundial of the Infinite is good, but considering you could have a hasted creature with Lightning Greaves, Trickbind is better here and guarantees you wont suffer two turn withdrawals thanks to split second. Sign in Blood is a better Night's Whisper, it costs instead of but Sign in Blood can target opponents making it more situational. Essence Harvest is also good in this deck.

You could also do with some cantrips like Serum Visions to improve momentum.
