Some other candidates for the deck
- Cyclopean Snare best control piece ever
- Firedrinker Satyr such a good blocker
- Goblin Pyromancer as replacement for Mogg Squad
- Flailing Manticore such a good beater
- Staff of the Ages as the are playing so many basics this is a must have
- The Biblioplex it is a rare land. It must be good
- Goblin Test Pilot free shocks. Perfect!
- Zephyr Spirit best creature ever
This deck is very reminiscent of the Nihilist format. The only resource I know of with the rules is a German page: https://magic.freizeitspieler.de/nihilist.php.
The aim of the format is to construct a playable but poor deck. Here are some basic rules for deck construction (60 card decks):
- Only two colours
- at least 16 basic lands in matching colours (8 of each colour).
- at least 22 lands
- at least 16 creatures with a power of 1 or higher that can attack
- etc.
Hand the deck to the player on your left and play a game of Magic (the first deck gets three points, the second two points, and the third one point). Repeat this process until everyone has played with every deck at the table, except their own. The winner is the deck creator whose deck has the fewest points. It could be done in Commander, but the games would take up the whole evening.

Kazuhahaha none taken, but please be reminded that my answers should be placed into the context of the whole topic, not just the previous post. OP's original suggestion was about if WotC will ever print an artifact that relates to Tolarian Academy the way the new Circle of Dreams Druid relates to Gaea's Cradle . You're not going to convince me that the druid actually does a better job cradling than the cradle, only because it's a creature itself. In that light, responding to Grubbernaut asking why they would ever print a card similar enough to Tolarian Academy to draw the comparison, my answer was: they'll print a worse version that obviously nostalgically reminds of Tolarian Academy that won't break any format due to some costs or restrictions. You know, the way The Biblioplex is not quite Library of Alexandria .

I like the amount of lands in the deck, but I would have more lands with mana syncs in them. Castle Vantress , Desolate Lighthouse , Fiery Islet , and The Biblioplex are all some things that could be great in the deck, although I would not add all
