indieinside Thanks for taking a look at my deck!

I originally had Vampire Hexmage in the deck back when it was helmed by Lazav, Dimir Mastermind way before I decided to focus on the Lovecraft/Cthulhu theme. As it is now, it doesn't really fit with the theme of the deck.

Mutated Cultist is almost a total upgrade, as it removes counters, reduces the cost of our next spell, is a Horror, and fits thematically with the deck.

You are already playing Mutated Cultist, Thespian's Stage and Dark Depths. Why not also play Vampire Hexmage?

I've noticed a few* omissions, namely effects that let you pay an alternate cost - which can be less than the regular cost (Zombie creaturess: Rooftop Storm) or reduced by other effects (Samurai: Kentaro, the Smiling Cat).
