The Worst EDH Ever

Some other candidates for the deck
- Cyclopean Snare best control piece ever
- Firedrinker Satyr such a good blocker
- Goblin Pyromancer as replacement for Mogg Squad
- Flailing Manticore such a good beater
- Staff of the Ages as the are playing so many basics this is a must have
- The Biblioplex it is a rare land. It must be good
- Goblin Test Pilot free shocks. Perfect!
- Zephyr Spirit best creature ever
This deck is very reminiscent of the Nihilist format. The only resource I know of with the rules is a German page: https://magic.freizeitspieler.de/nihilist.php.
The aim of the format is to construct a playable but poor deck. Here are some basic rules for deck construction (60 card decks):
- Only two colours
- at least 16 basic lands in matching colours (8 of each colour).
- at least 22 lands
- at least 16 creatures with a power of 1 or higher that can attack
- etc.
Hand the deck to the player on your left and play a game of Magic (the first deck gets three points, the second two points, and the third one point). Repeat this process until everyone has played with every deck at the table, except their own. The winner is the deck creator whose deck has the fewest points. It could be done in Commander, but the games would take up the whole evening.

I recommend Jhoira of the Ghitu, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Knowledge Pool,Dream Halls, Pyxis of Pandemonium, and Paradox Haze. They seem like they would like to meet your deck. Also, maybe Goblin Test Pilot?
The only card I WOULDN'T recommend is Scrambleverse. Other cards like that are fine, but Scrambleverse is definitely NOT OKAY. XD

You need Goblin Test Pilot with that Jhoira and that Worldfire. Russian Roulette! Dwarf Fortress: The Deck! Why? Because losing is fun. Just pray the Goblin Test Pilot doesn't hit itself! XD

Izzet Test Contraption
Artifact - Vehicle
Crew 3
Instead of paying Izzet Test Contraption's crew cost, you may flip a coin. If you win the flip, you may crew Izzet Test Contraption without paying its crew cost!
Whenever Izzet Test Contraption attacks or dies, choose a permanent at random. Destroy that permanent.
4/4
I dunno, seems like something a Goblin Test Pilot would drive - as long as he got a boost enough to pay the crew cost.
Make a Legendary Ooze Monk that flavorfully fits into the Jeskai clan from the Khans of Tarkir storyline.

Goblin Test Pilot would work well because it can also attack the player.
