Been out of MTG for a while and looking to try out some non-competitive modern. There is a budget, so trying to keep the rares down.

Idea is simple. Rewind, then cast a Bounding Krasis or Horizon Chimera. I thought Simic Growth Chambers would help rewind but it slows the deck down too much.

For me it lacks card draw and fatties. I wish Plasm Capture added the mana right away.
