Hi all.
I have this list and must to cut 2 cards and I can not decide this 2. Other tips are welcome.
Early interaction: 3 Inquisition of Kozilek 3 Thoughtseize 3 Stubborn Denial 4 Fatal Push
Engine: 4 Heartless Summoning 4 Grand Architect
Body: 4 Myr Superion 4 Lodestone Golem 2 Hostage Taker 3 Phyrexian Metamorph 3 Wurmcoil Engine 3 Noxious Gearhulk

Hostage Taker is out theme, i agree but was good in other tests making 2for1 every time.
Noxious Gearhulk Can make 2for1 too, remove, lifegain e the manace is so good. this fact make hard to choise hahaha

Sweet deck. I love it.
I can see why it's hard to decide what to cut.
You have 19 cards that you've classified as 'body'. These cards pretty much all require you to have an engine for them to be good. But more than that, you only need to play 2-3 of them to beat even the most grindy of decks. I think you can cut 2 cards from that category.
Phyrexian Metamorph can certainly be brought down to 2 copies, if not cut altogether. But I vote noxious gearhulk for the second cut. It's a great card, but I don't think you need 3. I think 2 is fine. My reasoning is that it's very hard to play if you don't have an engine out. And you have plenty of cards with huge upsides if you do have an engine out.
BTW I love the stubborn denial interaction. Super cool.

what is the win condition of your deck? do you have a link to the decklist? and when i add up all your spells, i get 40. which means you only have 22 lands if your deck is 62 cards. thats not enough lands to even support spells with a cmc of 4, let alone 6. so i would very strongly recommend cutting 4 of your most expensive cards, and adding 2 lands to put you right at 60 total.

i vote Hostage Taker given the theme of the deck.... neat utility card though for sure
