I have an idea for an Electrostatic Pummeler deck for modern. I figure it could use cards like Larger Than Life , Titanic Growth, Become Immense, and any sort of Target Creature gets +#, +#. But I am looking for help with the rest of the deck.
youre main issue will be removal. it has no protection, nor any value once removed. modern is also filled to the brim with removal. so you will need a way to consistently protect it or have enough other threats that do the exact same thing that you can ram through the early game removal for the win. basically at that point youre either playing bogles or infect.

I'm already thinking about infect like Grafted Exoskeleton

If you're interested in this sort of deck, consider just playing Infect. It's very consistent and powerful.

The problem with this kind of deck is, that Electrostatic Pummeler is no better than a Glistener Elf. You need to pump the creatures with a +9/+9 in order to kill someone. GE does this turn 1,EP does this turn 3. That might be way too late. Its Infect in standard again, but I see no reason running it over GE.

Seems like you should just play a 2-mana double striker like Boros Swiftblade. Or Glistener Elf.

But that defeats the whole purpose of the Deck in playin electrostatic Pummeler

The Pummeler with Infect seems pretty decent, actually. If you have the Pummeler and Tainted Strike, you only need to give it +3/+3 more for it to do lethal.
However, the deck will still only win t4. It still seems kinda slow compared to Infect.
