Really awesome to hear about your PPTQ! Good luck in the RPTQ!

Saw your thoughts about Merfolk sideboarding on another Ponza deck on the site, and I have a few suggestions. The main one being that Merfolk is in this very weird spot where it runs nonbasics to stop Choke but doesn't run enough to let moon be a potent threat. I honestly don't like bringing or keeping in either of those cards (I don't have any Choke in my SB). Instead, for you, I would just put in all the finks, the Beast Within, and possibly even the grudges if you were really worried about Vial (and the bonfire, of course). I've talked with rothgar13 (not tagging him), the feesh guy of TO somewhat extensively on the topic of Ponza vs Merfolk, and played multiple matches with him, you may be able to hit him up for a few tips as well.

Yeah I'll definitely look more into my artifact hate SB options. I actually believe there is no Affinity at my current meta, so I may just take out most of the cards (probably for more Colossi and lifegain). My meta I moved into is really good for Ponza, the only bad matchup there for me is Grixis DS. Another card that has been brought to my attention is Fracturing Gust, which I have mixed feelings about and don't think it quite makes the cut. Anyways, thanks for the response and yes I love chatting Ponza too! :P

After playing at FNM and losing to traditional Jund twice, I've made some changes. 1x chameleon colossus in both the MB and side (for the courser and an ancient grudge), added by force as well for another grudge in the side. I'm curious however about what you think of Tireless Tracker? I may switch it for the second Swagtusk that I put in for the Primal command (stubborn denial problems).

Colossus just absolutely kills Any DS or BGx deck. It's stupid powerful in the current meta.

Hey there. It looks like you've been playing Ponza for a while. Curious about why only to Stone Rains? I really can't endorse this, the name of this decks game is land destruction and Stone Rain is the best in the Modern format. Curious about your thoughts about it.
Also, I see discussion about Dual Shot above. Try Gut Shot as a one of in your sideboard. It has the capacity to kill an opposing dork for free in the early game, and in the late game can basically act as a combat trick, or if you're really lucky, can win games (especially against DS).
Not sure how dated your primer is, but I want you to be aware that G/R Tron (and thus Pyroclasm) really doesn't exist any more, it has been replaced with G/B Tron for the most part, and of course E-Tron.
