8-Rack Budget Suggestions

So I have an 8-Rack deck, its decent but I want stronger and on a budget. I changed the deck up a bit already and I have most of the deck. I am going to my LGS to pick up these items and according to TCG it's around $15-$20 but I think I can bump up my budget to $30 so what card(s) should I get. Deck 6-Rack, wut.
I don't mean to come off as condescending, but 8Rack isn't really a deck that can be built competitively on a budget. It's a Tier 2 deck at best to begin with, and it absolutely requires playsets of Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek, and 3-4 each of Liliana of the Veil and Ensnaring Bridge. I'd also recommend splashing either green for stuff like Abrupt Decay or red for stuff like Terminate and Blightning.
Again, not trying to be rude, I'm just speaking from experience. I played 8Rack almost exclusively for about a year, and tried to do so as budget friendly as possible. Bottom line, without those key cards, it just isn't viable. If you want to compete on a budget, you'd probably be better off pursuing a different archetype. If you're committed to 8Rack, you'll either need to resign yourself to spending a good chunk of change, or else lose the majority of your games.

kmcree I see what you're saying and I completely understand. I was just seeing if their are some cards that can be added in the little budget I have.

If you are going for a budget 8Rack, I'd really recommend Scepter of Fugue. Its isn't Lili, but it will help make up for her absence. I'd also recommend playsets of Duress, Raven's Crime, and Blackmail.

The difference of ten dollars won't make a huge impact; the next step up would be to acquire a set of Inquisition of Kozileks. Then, you can work into maybe splashing green for Abrupt Decay or some Ensnaring Bridges and/or Thoughtseize. Then, if you win the lottery, you can get a set of Liliana of the Veil.
Maybe, instead of adding to the deck, you can construct a sideboard?
