help with a legacy combo

hi I'm trying to brew a combo for legacy. i need a permanent to return a card (specifically an artifact) from my graveyard to hand. ideally it would be something with an activation cost of 1 that doesn't require tapping. is there such a beast? i don't care about color yet.

and Lotus Petal would be broken if it existed. The closest thing to what you are asking for is Auriok Salvagers, which works wonders with Black Lotus in vintage. Blinking a Leonin Squire will also work.
Goblin Welder can work. Heartless Summoning + Myr Retriever .

on a side note, i just noticed the interaction between Candelabra of Tawnos and bounce lands like Azorius Chancery. holy shit lol

You have to tap candle to activate it, otherwise that'd be even more broken of a card.
