Feedback for White/Blue Casual Deck

Hey all. I just started playing Magic about two months ago, and I've started to take a more critical look at my deck building. I want to post my deck here and see what I can improve. I find myself having a hard time dealing with people before I can three or four creatures out (which all cost 3+ mana), so I think I need some more mana acceleration. Anyway, here is the list.

I generally play this deck with the goal of keeping my opponents big spells shut down, hitting them with as many unblock able creatures as I can, and (when possible) making Daxos and Medomai forces with which to be reckoned. The Basilica Guards help me make the most of any excess mana I have, since I end up casting a spell or a counterspell every turn. I find that I do really well in drawn out games, but about half the time I end up losing before I can get anything really going. How can I make this deck better?
