I've been trying to fit this into noble ever since I opened it up.

I think I have a good frame but I'd appreciate any suggestions!

I'm shooting for Golgari, but I don't know many cards in those colors.

Xathrid Gorgon is the noble with Quest for Renewal and Rust Scarab uncommons. The combo is to use Gorgon's ability and destroy the artifacts with spells. Definitely needs some work
