My revised Tim deck. Pretty straight forward, you tim your opponent, it returns critters and creates a stasis lock on their offensive ability. I plan to replace the capsize's with something else eventually. something like statecraft or kira, glass spinner. and replacing Ertai with another Patron Wizard.

Patron wizard can easily tie up an opponents mana with the quantity of wizards in the deck. and you can double your Tim's with the illusionist bracers.

All the creatures in this deck are Wizards and most of them are Tim's. Basically you just drop the wizards and enchant them. Curiosity lets you get through your deck quickly and the Sigil of Sleep keeps your opponents creatures off the battlefield and their mana tied up in casting them again and again. Eventually you'll make them have to return lands to their hands too with Overburden.

Charisma is a last ditch card, that's if you are getting overwhelmed and need to remove threats or protect yourself. again, this might be replaced with statescraft and then you can put in an additional Dissipation field and Overburden.
