This deck is completely based on luck. Luck of the pack, that is. As another deck in my Un- series, it is based on one card from an Un- set. In this case, Booster Tutor . With the Booster Tutor and the mana fixing in this deck, it can essentially get any card from any set which had booster packs. Its only disadvantage is the cost of running the deck because of the price of booster packs.

This deck works by tutoring for Booster Tutor , then using recursion cards such as Noxious Revival or copy cards such as Elite Arcanist to get cards that would win the game from outside the game.
