Man oh man did the new Theros have plenty for Teysa. Leaning heavily on the reanimator sub theme, there are some serious gems to be found within.
Martyr's Bond -> Underworld Dreams. Underworld Dreams is an oldie but goodie, and this is a welcomed reprint in place of a stagnant Martyr's Bond (at least for me it is, anyway).
Revel in Riches -> Nightmare Shepherd. I know, I know, I keep toying with the idea of Revel in Riches as an alternate wincon, and while it is, Nightmare Shepherd is amazing (especially with Teysa out), and I just couldn't say no.
Sorin, Lord of Innistrad -> Athreos, Shroud-Veiled. Sorin is one of my two original walkers in this deck. I don't wan't to see him go, especially for such a reasonable cmc, but if all he's doing is providing one vampire a turn, I find more value in the new Athreos (even with the highish cmc).
Trading Post -> Erebos, Bleak-Hearted. Trading Post is AMAZING, and I think more decks should be running it! However, much in the way of the new Athreos, the new Erebos is extremely attractive and he needed a home. The post may very well find itself back into this deck, but as for now I had to make an unfortunate cut.
Suture Priest ->. Daxos, Blessed by the Sun. Suture Priest is fantastic, but it's definitely more of an ETB support creature than something that fits with how this deck functions. I enjoy the punishment to other players for playing creatures, but life gain from my creatures dying with the new Daxos is just great.
Requiem Angel -> Woe Strider. The angel is great with this deck, but Woe Strider provides yet another free sac/scry outlet, and it found a home with me.
Sadistic Hypnotist -> Midnight Reaper. The reaper is too good for this deck to ignore any longer. Had to make the switch!
Lastly, while I haven't made this choice official just yet, I'm thinking of switching out Springjack Pasture for a Reliquary Tower due to the immense amount of card draw I am now able to experience. We'll see.
