some salt —May 11, 2019

Ended up triggering off with complete board wipe (land, enchantments, artifacts and creatures gone) and floated mana for Narset to get her back in play. Won from there, but got some saltiness from someone I played against. I guess they didn't notice I wasn't the only person playing a complete control deck that was about to win before I board wiped and took control myself.

I would take out Snapcaster Mage and run Proteus Staff in its place. The staff then allows you to reorganize your deck how you like with Narset being the only creature to target.

Smoke 100% needs to be in here.

I'd also switch out Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo for cheaper mana acceleration and add a lot more of it. A good rule of thumb is your ramp should cost 2 or less to power out an early Narset (3 drop is ok if it adds more than 1 mana). Boros Signet , Azorius Signet , Izzet Signet , Fellwar Stone , Talisman of Progress , Basalt Monolith , Coalition Relic , Worn Powerstone , Crystal Vein , and Generator Servant . I'd literally try to make room for all of those (at least the 2 drops).

You might as well get Snapcaster back in here lol (or get Generator Servant out). You removed a creature to get Proteus Staff to work and then broke the combo by adding another creature. Either way, Proteus Staff or Generator Servant needs to get dropped.

I didn't notice when I suggested it lol. Either way, happy to see a few of my suggestions made it in. I love the groans from my opponents after Smoke hits the table lol.
