Phalanx Leader and Fabled Hero are too slow. I HIGHLY recommend substituting them for Satyr Hoplite and Hopeful Eidolon . These creatures will give you the ability for a turn 3 win with Satyr Hoplite turn 1, Madcap Skills turn 2 and swing, Titan's Strength + Boros Charm turn 3 for the win. So I would also increase your Titan's Strength to 4 as well. With Hopeful Eidolon turn 1 and then turn 2 cast two Ethereal Armor turns into a 7/7 first strike life link badass. Heliod, God of the Sun and Iroas, God of Victory are fun cards but are useless in this deck due to how slow they are. You will probably never see them as creatures. Sure their perks are fun but you will likely lose if you don't win between turns 3-5 due to the high amounts of standard control and standard gruul out there.

Oppressive Rays , Rouse the Mob , Akroan Skyguard , Akroan Hoplite , and Akroan Crusader are all fantastic cards for a fast boros aggro deck

Im personally more a fan of the Skyguard than the Crusader. But if you combine Akroan Crusader with Akroan Hoplite , you have the potential for a very nasty amount of damage if you keep targeting the Crusader. Its really your preference that matters in the end. If it helps you at all decide what route you want to take, here is my R/W aggro deck: Turn 4 Win for $14? Hell yeah!

You might want to consider dropping down to 18 lands, or 20 at the most. Your highest cmc is 3 and there is only one card with that. That way you could drop in 4 Lagonna-Band Trailblazer . This way, your creature to spell ratio is more even.
