My attempt at a deck that's both viable (hopefully) in the new Standard and that's easy on the wallet. I've been hard-pressed to find a Standard deck that does both, and I really don't want to spend $20 or even $10 per card if I can help it. Please suggest anything you can to improve the list I have.
