Naru Meha, Master Wizard is my pick for sleeper of the whole set of Dominaria. I want to make a budget deck with her.

Combo is Naban + Naru Meha + Compelling argument + siren's ruse to mill the opponent infnitely.

4 cards is a lot, but without branching into other colors, that is about the best we can do.

Baral lowers the cost of the combo by two and additionally helps by drawing into the win con.

Naru meha can be played even at the end of on an opponents turn and allow us to combo at sorcery speed.3

Champion double triggers from naban and digs us deeper into the combo.
