Planeswalker (2)

The idea here is that you get Final Fortune + Isochron Scepter + Sundial of the Infinite in your opening hand. Do not be afraid to mulligan multiple times. So what you do is play Sundial of the Infinite or Isochron Scepter turn 2. Whenever you cast Isochron Scepter, you exile Final Fortune. Like this you can keep casting Final Fortune with Isochron Scepter and before get to your end step, you tap Sundial of the Infinite. You do this every turn and you have infinite turns, as long as you make sure you keep 3 mana untapped to be able to activate everything. Once you have the combo out, you simply cast these "At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice ....." creatures. Final Fortune can be a back-up extra turn, but cannot be used with Isochron Scepter
