Feedback on suggestions:

  • Rogue's Passage - While expensive, it's a favorite of mine in Prossh. Prossh, however, has tons of mana dorks and the benefits of green ramp. If someone can suggest a good cut, I'd be willing to give it a shot.

  • Rakdos the Defiler - A one-hit wonder in my build, but I'm willing to test him out.

  • Patriarch's Bidding - It's expensive and I don't think I'll be in a position to abuse it. Odds are I won't have much more than 1-2 creatures to bring back, so it doesn't quite justify the cost. My current recursion package seems to better suit my needs.

  • Temporal Aperture - It's expensive and seems wonky in this deck, but I honestly didn't know it existed. I'm interested in trying it in another deck but will skipping it for Kaalia.

  • Dragon Arch - There's only five valid targets in my deck. Skipping it.

  • Emancipation Angel - There's only three creatures with ETB effects in my deck (Angel of Despair, Angel of Serenity, and Rune-Scarred Demon), so I don't think she justifies a spot.

  • Scourge of the Throne - He's nifty but doesn't do anything the turn he comes down, and is a bit circumstancial besides. When Kaalia swings you want an instant effect; odds are you'll get hate before you next turn rolls around.

  • Yosei, the Morning Star - Much like Sourge, he doesn't do anything the turn he comes down. His effect is a little too narrow and I can't trigger it at will.

Personally I would take out Council's Judgment for Anguished Unmaking

A few cards I run in my Kaalia deck (Multitack Kaalia Stomp...Or Fly?) are such artifacts as Temporal Aperture and Dragon Arch and some creatures such as Yosei, the Morning Star (for board control), Scourge of the Throne (for extra battle phases), Indulgent Tormentor (for council control effetcs), and Emancipation Angel (to return your extra attackers back to hand).
