So after okay testing Jaya Ballard, Task Mage during Multiplayer and 1v1, in casual formats she does really well.

After adding Price of Progress and Impact Resonance she could come from being dead last to killing out 3 opponents in someone's turn, or helping clear the board.

I'm also considering swapping Molten Primordial for either Possibility Storm or valakut, molten Pinnacle..

Further play testing is needed. But she functions against any form of deck I come up against. And even functions with a different commander at the helm, which makes the deck function very differently. But leaving heaps of room for fun Chandra, Roaring Flame  Flip

I would consider adding some of the artifact mana doublers like caged sun. I know that there are a few others but I don't remember the names.

@ fixleft

I hadn't considered mana doubles. I don't really starve for mana, but being able to do more per turn might be useful. Is there anything you would swap out for a mana doubler?

Cheers.

Mana doubler + Paradox Engine = helps JAYA keeping going

I.e Discard Fiery Temper pay 7R tap JAYA."6 damage ...." on the stack. Cast Fiery Temper for madness. Cast trigger untaps JAYA with Paradox Engine. Repeat with JAYA's last ability still with "6 damage ability" on the stack.

@ Fruesion

Didn't think of use those, maybe when I can get my hands on it will try then.

Extraplanar Lens , did consider because then I can make another target blue and get rid of it faster.

I swapped out Dragon Hatchling for Illusionist's Bracers.

The effect of being able to do jaya's deal 6 damage ability twice in a turn is more helpful and devastating than having a creature which can fly.

Unless I am wrong, I think this is a better trade.
