UU Devotion deck that seeks to self-mill at an accelerated pace in order to reach the win-con of Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Thassa's Oracle.

The inclusion of the new mill card Sweet Oblivion means that the deck will self-fuel repeatedly towards victory, without needing to run the full playset. Arcanist's Owl can dig for Drowned Secrets, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling or itself, while also contributing 4 devotion on its own – curving Thassa into Owl allows Thassa to come online immediately the turn after being played.

Thassa herself is a win condition who can repeat ETB triggers for the Oracle, the Owl, or even Cavalier of Gales if we manage to mill out our library and need to draw a card with Jace on the field.

Brazen Borrower allows the deck to maintain parity in tempo and to race against aggro if needed.

Narcomoeba is an obvious include – getting a 1/1 flyer for free is just fine.
