I was looking through my stuff and saw two things: a card with modular and a creature that cost X. The idea is to use walking ballista or one of the others with a CMC of 0 for free to tutor using wild pair. With Arcbound Reclaimer on the field, you can also bring them back and do it again, but the coup de grace is Fecundity: you stack the wild pair trigger first, then the 0/0 does and triggers a draw, but first you remove a counter from the reclaimer and redraw that same creature you just played.

Junk golem gives us a discard option so we can use reclaimer and wild pair to pull something we can't afford directly to the battlefield, and Arcbound Ravager is our sac outlet to multiply our counters.
