Wow, nice idea, playtested it against my vampire deck and got wrecked xD. I would even say that Door of Destinies is better for you than Coat of Arms, because everytime a gravecrawler leaves the battlefield, you are weakening the coat effect, while with the door you get a charge counter every time a gravecrawler enters the battlefield. The counters remain. That means you get more counters every time. I hope you understand what I mean. And maybe you'd want to build in Liliana's Mastery.

Kappalauzius well, the Gravecrawler thing indeed is a good idea. Hadn't thought of that. Will do some playtesting and see how it goes! Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you liked the idea!

What style are you playing? Is it agro or mid-range? I would suggest either more control elements, like Mana Leak and Collective Brutality or instead some heavy hitters like Goryo's Vengeance and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur//Griselbrand

Collective Brutality would be a nice addition as well as Goryo's Vengeance with Sidisi, Brood Tyrant followed by a Glimpse the Unthinkable.

I'll test these cards out!
