This deck is based around green removal. It's incredibly aggressive. Here's a breakdown of the different components of the deck.
Hornet Nest/Hornet Queen - These spawn tokens with deathtouch. You then use either of the cards that cause fights (Setessan Tactics, Prey Upon) to make them fight your opponent's creatures, or equip the Viridian Longbow. They have deathtouch, so even the largest of creatures fall to the power of the mighty 1/1 Insect. Pro tip: for even more tokens, make the Hornet Nest fight something huge instead of waiting for it to be able to block something.
Terastodon/Beast Within - Green removal at its finest. Sadly, you can't remove creatures with Terastodon, but you can blow up any lands, enchantments and artifacts. Beast Within can be dropped as early as turn 2 with mana ramp. Blowing up the first land that your opponent has played is incredibly satisfying.
Steel Hellkite - Obviously not green, but it does some nasty removal. Fun fact: the converted mana cost of those tokens that Terastodon and Beast Within are spawning is 0. So are all creature tokens that aren't copies, for that matter. This means you can blow them all up for free with the X ability.
Setessan Tactics/Prey Upon - These cause fights - always fun with deathtouch and/or big creatures.
Viridian Longbow - Allows your creatures to ping other creatures. Equip on the insects with deathtouch for instant kills that don't lose you any creatures.
Elvish Mystic/Llanowar Elves/Arbor Elf/Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx/Karametra's Acolyte - Mana ramp, always handy in green.
Any suggestions to improve the deck are greatly appreciated. Trying to keep it budget though.
