Play draw-go control, keep the pace with vapor snags/mana leaks/staying untapped/doom blades. Dropping a heartless turn 3/4 and leaving mana untapped is ideal. Then you can move on to dropping a Solemn the next turn, still staying untapped with his new low cost. Then you can move on to dropping your lich, and then comboing Perilous for 2x however much mana you have in damage each turn. It's effective against big monsters, it can deal with quick aggro by wrecking early ramp creatures/spells. I've done well, just lookin' for further suggestions.
