Intrigued by the mana potential that the Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth combination offers, and being the fan of mill that I am, I decided to throw this together to see if dual colors would be feasible with such a combo. Playtesting seems to indicate deck out by turn 10, or usually two Increasing Confusion (once for the regular cost and second for the flashback double mill). Suggestions are welcome.
