After a long break from recording updates, here are some recent ones:

Thousand-Year Elixir, Dragonlord Dromoka, Yeva, Nature's Herald, Explosive Vegetation, Sword of Kaldra, and Zendikar Resurgent replace Instill Energy, Forest, Ugin's Nexus, Seek the Horizon, Library of Leng, and Kiyomaro, First to Stand.

I found Omnath, Locus of Mana solved my early mana problems for Sisay. Usually followed it up with on of them big fat Eldrazi Legends.

Omnath, Locus of Mana seems like a good investment. I'm currently trying to flip Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant to get mana flowing, and while that is more budget-friendly, it could be hard to pull off. I'll definitely consider that suggestion!

This is such a fun idea, and I really respect putting it in a budget framework. I really want to start putting together a budget pauper EDH deck, and looking at your work makes me want to even more. Hypergenesis can be a double-edged sword, but it's also a fun way to get a card out for free. Lure of Prey might also find a good home in this deck.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoy the idea, what kind of budget pauper EDH deck were you thinking of making? I like Lure of Prey a lot, but the restriction to green creatures might be a little too limiting for this deck. I am definitely including Hypergenesis, though, even though it is risky, since I believe that with Captain Sisay's tutoring ability, I stand the most to benefit from emptying my hands of all artifacts, creatures, enchantments, and lands. I also love the Suspend mechanic, and am glad to have an excuse to use it in this deck. Thank you so much for the awesome suggestions!
