I've gotten all the cards together, I'm now waiting for an opportunity to play with it. Hopefully I do much better than last time I tried to play with people at modern. When I do play with it, I'll let you all know how it goes. Thanks again.

You might try adding Palisade Giant to protect the Elecutors. See how that works out.

I considered that, but it's pretty expensive. I'd like to have my game go a little quicker.

I must agree with the Tezzeret's Gambit , even if the deck isn't based around proliferate, and also maybe adding in a few other cards that abuse the upkeep like Chronomantic Escape , Ith, High Arcanist , Martial Law , Mind Unbound , Reality Strobe , Recurring Insight or Reya Dawnbringer . Holy Day can act as a Fog that is colour-friendly, or Kami of False Hope if a creature is better for you. Also maybe at least side in the circles of protection? Circle of Protection: Green is an example, there's 1 for each colour and they're all modern legal. Dawn Charm can stop combat AND instant damage which is also nice, and Ethereal Haze is another option to help stall a turn. Lots of these are good targets for the Isochron Scepter and then it's only a matter of time before the elocutors get 5 counters. Also, have you considered adding in 1 or 2 Gideon Jura s as a stall tactic that comes with removal?

All cards above 5 CMC should be avoided besides the elcuters. You need cheap answers for inoppurtune times that are reactive. All this protection is good but people will find ways to get rid of the elocuters and all your resources you pumped in will probably go to waste if you cant hold up mana for counters.

Just a quick update, I ordered the deck as is and hopefully I should be getting it by the end of the week. Any feedback is still welcome. Once I get the deck, I'll let you all know how it plays out. Thank you so much for all of your help everyone.
