This is my take on an Azorius Heroic deck

The goal of this deck is to make my heroic creatures larger and larger and then swinging in for mass amounts of damage. We can make them unblockable using either Aqueous Form or Gods Willing.

With this deck it is very easy to scry multiple times in one turn using Battlewise Hoplite , Aqueous Form, or scry lands. This makes finding the right cards to destroy our opponent very easy.

Our best combo creature in this deck is Nivmagus Elemental. We can cast our spells, gain the heroic trigger, then exile them to add counters to Nivmagus Elemental.
