Evolving Wilds should only be added to a deck as an addition to the land you would need as a base i.e say you are running a beck where the Mana curve is based on 1, 2, & 3 drops with a few four and maybe 2-4 6 drops then you would run 21-22 lands then add 4xEvolving Wilds bringing your land total to 25-26 lands. It's like Rampant Growth you wouldn't put Rampant Growth in a deck instead of Forests.
True, and the Gideon Jura's in there for the lock that's created with the Norn's Annex. Go +2 and force my opponent to possible pay two life for each creature multiplied by the number of Norn's Annex on the field or bypass their combat step entirely. If they don't have the life then they can't pay at all. Also, it's a 6/6 beat stick every other turn and matches up against a WurmcoilEngine and lives to tell the tail and then Inferno Titan can use it's pre-combat damage to nuke the deathtouch token and run over the life gainer.
Also, the Urabrask the Hidden with the Curse of Exhaustion alongside the Gideon Jura creates a lock. Only one creature per turn, it comes in tapped, I use the -2 ability to destroy it and then swing with Urabrask the Hidden and get six pre-combat damage out of an Inferno Titan in one turn.
