You may have seen my other deck, ultra-budget infect. If not, please go see it now, because this deck is an improved but slightly more expensive version of that.
Anyways, this deck came around because my other infect deck, due to marking the line at under $20, just couldn't include some of the more "expensive" cards an infect deck wants (such as Rancor, Gitaxian Probe, and extra Vines of Vastwood).
Using this deck, you can pretty consistently wins turns 2-4. How?
Here are the answers to some FAQs:
Why no Invigorate? Invigorate is banned in pauper (sadly).
What's up with Apostle's Blessing? There is better protection. I keep it in because it can also help my creature evade blockers by giving them protection from that color of creature.
Are you too short on lands? This deck only needs 1-3 lands to work it's magic, and i have replaced some of the lands with Gitaxian Probes because they can sometimes draw me into lands.
